OOTD | Pink Fusion (LFW Edition)

Don’t be into trends. Don’t make fashion own you, but you decide what you are, what you want to express by the way you dress and the way you live. — Gianni Versace

As London Fashion Week (LFW) day two commences, putting my outfit together for the day ahead was exciting. Being inspired by the events of the day before I channeled my inner 90s diva. Attendees seemed to love statement pieces, sequinned clothing, and bright colours; I, on the other hand opted for a more subtle approach, but still kept it sweet and feminine. During summer '16, certain trends were the highlight of the season, one of these aforementioned trends were off the shoulder designs. I recently bought a pink off the shoulder top from Primark and thought this was the perfect occasion to sport the trend, I paired them with loose fitting casual black trousers (from Next) and light brown suede ankle boots (from New Look).

I have recently become obsessed with accessorising outfits with a chocker; the inner 90s diva would agree it compliments the outfit and shouts 90s vibes, this particular one is from Boohoo. I wanted to keep the essence of femininity present, hence adding a pink pearl necklace and matching drop earrings made by my boyfriend. I was thinking how to style my hair, then it struck me add volume and leave it open. Obviously the weather was pretty unpredictable, to complete the outfit I added a black cap and bomber jacket, and was ready to conquer the day ahead of me in confidence.
